Wallpaper Wednesday: Jaguar C-X75 & Land Rover Defender

This is a vehicle that should need no introduction, and yet it does, probably because it lives in the shadow of the “hero” car in Spectre, the Aston Martin DB10. Prior to seeing the C-X75 in person I probably would have said I’d take the DB10 if offered the keys to both, but having laid eyes on this thing in person, there is no way I could pass it up. It is stunning from any angle, and I simply cannot wait to see it in action on the big screen later this week. Shame Jaguar opted out of putting this car into production, I imagine it would have been a smashing success.

And then there is this. This big, brawny, aggressive, hulking beast of a vehicle. It is a Land Rover Defender dialed up to 11, and in its own way, it’s every bit as beautiful as the Jaguar. Inside was a pneumatic emergency brake system that makes big drifts easier to initiate, and maintain. If hooning this thing around snow covered terrain doesn’t sound like a good time to you, then you may be dead inside. I’d do horrible things to have a go with it in an open space, even for the briefest of moments. It might look mean, but this Defender is all about good clean fun.
