AutoTempest and Car Trek Team Release “A Very Car Trek Christmas” Starting Today
Ed Bolian, Tyler Hoover and Freddy ‘Tavarish’ Hernandez use their Automotive ‘Skills’ to keep their Unreliable Cars Operable and Deliver Christmas Cheer
St. Louis, Dec. 21, 2020 – AutoTempest.com, the car shopping website that conveniently scours the top car listings sites and instantly compiles users’ search results, has once again partnered with the popular YouTube show “Car Trek” to give viewers a bit of holiday cheer and laughs as auto fans bid farewell to 2020.
In the Christmas themed “A Very Car Trek Christmas,” AutoTempest.com challenges co-hosts Ed Bolian, Tyler Hoover and Freddy ‘Tavarish’ Hernandez to find the most reliable car. But things take a turn when Bolian misunderstands the challenge and the co-hosts purchase and give each other three unreliable luxury sedans. Bolian gives Hoover a 2007 Audi S8 featuring a Lamborghini V10 engine, Hernandez gives Bolian a 2005 Maserati Quattroporte Neiman Marcus Edition, and Hoover gives Hernandez a 1986 Rolls Royce Silver Spur that has seen better days, several decades ago.
Set in Missouri, the trio proceeds to put their vehicles through a series of AutoTempest challenges, each unfortunately taking the cars to the limit of their already compromised abilities and thus testing the co-hosts’ solution skills. But the goal of their ingenuity and perseverance to keep the cars running is not just to win the challenge but rather for a more important cause: making a 200-plus mile drive to St. Louis to deliver a load of Christmas gifts to the St. Louis Baptist Church to benefit children in need and to help ensure a bit of cheer on Christmas morning.
The first episode of “A Very Car Trek Christmas” appears today on the Tavarish YouTube channel, with episodes two through five to be uploaded Dec. 22 through Christmas day.
“It’s been great working with Ed, Tyler and Freddy,” said Nathan Stretch, AutoTempest.com founder and CEO. “The ‘Car Trek’ series is quickly becoming one of the most popular automotive YouTube shows, and this partnership helps grow AutoTempest.com awareness. Plus, it can be fun for the whole family. Literally, I came home yesterday to find my family watching old Car Trek episodes without me!”
Bolian, Hoover and Hernandez share a love for cars and car culture, and chronicle their passions on their respective YouTube channels. Their fans obviously approve, as evidenced by each channel’s immense number of subscribers. Combined, the “VINwiki”, “Hoovies Garage” and “Tavarish” YouTube channels reach more than 3.8 million subscribers.
In addition to “Car Trek” AutoTempest.com sponsors a variety of automotive YouTube creators, including “Sorted” featuring co-hosts Rob Ferretti, Matt Farah, and Emelia Hartford, and also
featuring pro driver Tanner Foust. “Sorted” episodes appear on the SuperSpeedersRob YouTube channel.
