Wallpaper Wednesday: 1965 Buick Riviera premium
It has been called “one of the most beautiful American cars ever built” and with details like this, it’s no surprise why. The first generation Buick Riviera (1963-1965) is rolling proof that American car designers were willing to make radical departures from the norm and found success in doing so. The car is a sought after […]

Future Used Car Review: 2016 Nissan Maxima SR premium
The Maxima is the anti-crossover and a perfect example of why the midsize sedan still matters. There's not a single comparably priced crossover that I'd feel comfortable driving the way I drove the Maxima.

Malaise Monday 8/10: 1974-1978 Dodge Monaco premium
When you look at this 1977 Dodge Monaco, does you skin begin to itch? Mine does. This thing is practically the automotive manifestation of a guy in a polyester suit, complete with a comb over and bad pickup lines. The Dodge Monaco is an easily overlooked malaise era car. It didn’t have any particularly innovative features […]

During its production run from 1990 to 1997, the J80 was offered in a number of different configurations around the world and boosted Land Cruiser sales to 2 […]

Wallpaper Wednesday: 1966 Pontiac GTO premium
Revel in the wonderful simplicity of the 1966 Pontiac GTO cockpit. The big horizontal two spoke steering wheel, the four on the floor shifter, the woodgrain dash, this is elegant American muscle at its finest! The GTO spawned many imitators during its initial run, but no other car was able to blend style and performance […]

Future Used Car Review: 2015 Subaru Impreza 2.0i Limited premium
I’m from Vermont and that means two things: I’m a cheddar snob and I have a predisposition toward driving Subarus. I’ve owned six of them, some turbocharged and built for speed, some naturally aspirated, and some barely capable of climbing a steep grade. My 4th Subaru, a 1995 Legacy wagon, has north of 350k on […]

Malaise Monday 8/3: Chrysler New Yorker Brougham premium
Regardless of body style, the New Yorker has an oddly beautiful look for such a behemoth of an automobile. It's striking from any angle, the pointy chrome bumpers and thick chrome trim around the taillights see to that. I'd go so far as to say that a well kept example of New Yorker Brougham would be at home in a Baroque or Victorian art museum. Too far? Ok, too far.
